01 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are issued by bv999c ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and apply to all visitors, registered users, and players ("you", "the player", "the user") who access or use the bv999c platform, website, mobile interface, and any associated services at bv999c.net.

By creating a bv999c account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise using any part of the bv999c platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. 02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Single account: You may hold only one active bv999c account at any time. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts held by the same individual.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or responsible gaming cooling-off period at bv999c or at any other operator.
• Accurate information: All registration information you provide to bv999c must be truthful, accurate, and current.

bv999c employs automated and manual age verification procedures. Providing false age information to circumvent this requirement constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money services on bv999c, you must register a personal account using accurate and complete information, including a valid Pakistani mobile number. Registration is for personal use only — corporate, trust, or agency registrations are not permitted.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bv999c login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. bv999c will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one bv999c account. Multiple accounts held by the same person, household, IP address, device, or payment method may be treated as duplicate accounts and closed.
• Identity verification: bv999c may require you to submit identity verification documents, including a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership, before processing withdrawals or lifting account restrictions.
• Account security: You are responsible for all activity conducted through your bv999c account. Notify bv999c support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts that have been inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant and may be subject to administrative fees or closure at bv999c's discretion, with prior notice where required.

04 Deposits & Payments

bv999c accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and bv999c reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time.

• Minimum deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page within your bv999c account at the time of deposit.
• Deposit processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your bv999c account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on banking hours and the processing times of the respective institution.
• Your funds: Deposited funds belong to you and are held separately from bv999c operational funds. However, bv999c does not pay interest on player account balances.
• Source of funds: All funds deposited to bv999c must be your own legitimately sourced money. You must not use bv999c for any money laundering, financial crime, or fraud-related purpose.
• Currency: Your bv999c account operates exclusively in PKR. Deposits in other currencies, where accepted, will be converted at the rate applied by your payment provider and bv999c assumes no responsibility for exchange rate differences.

05 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of eligible funds from your bv999c account at any time, subject to identity verification completion, bonus wagering requirement satisfaction, and the minimum and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to your chosen payment method.

• Verification requirement: bv999c is required to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. This may include CNIC submission, selfie verification, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits.
• Withdrawal to source: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. bv999c reserves the right to request additional documentation if a withdrawal to an alternative method is requested.
• Processing times: bv999c targets same-day or next-business-day processing for verified accounts. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's own processing timelines, particularly for bank transfers.
• Pending bets: Funds committed to unsettled bets cannot be withdrawn until those bets have been settled by bv999c.
• Bonus balances: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

bv999c offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual offer, in addition to these general Terms.

• Wagering requirements: Most bv999c bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Abuse prevention: bv999c reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonuses where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value, or has otherwise attempted to circumvent bonus terms.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the bv999c sportsbook, including PSL cricket, international cricket, UFC, football, tennis, and all other sports markets, are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market type, in addition to these general Terms. Game rules for bv999c Casino products — including live dealer tables, video slots, and RNG table games — are displayed within each individual game interface.

• Bet acceptance: bv999c reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on erroneous odds, bets that exceed applicable stake limits, or bets placed by players whose accounts are under review.
• Palpable errors: In the event of an obvious error in odds — whether due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human mistake — bv999c reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether bets have been settled.
• In-play betting: Live in-play markets, including PSL ball-by-ball markets, are offered subject to data feed availability. bv999c does not guarantee continuity of live odds during matches and is not liable for service interruptions beyond its control.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including match abandonment, walkover, or other events that render a market unsettleable under the applicable sporting rules. Stakes on voided bets are returned to your account balance.
• Winnings cap: Individual bet winnings may be subject to a maximum payout cap per bet and per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant market and apply regardless of the accumulated odds on accumulator bets.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bv999c and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Underage gambling: Any attempt by a person under 21 years of age to register, access, or use bv999c services.
• Match fixing and insider betting: Placing bets based on non-public information or in connection with any scheme to manipulate sporting outcomes.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Use of fraudulent payment methods, initiation of unjustified chargebacks, or misrepresentation of payment information.
• Money laundering: Using bv999c for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one bv999c account under any identity, device, IP address, or payment method combination.
• Software exploitation: Use of bots, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any system designed to gain an unfair advantage over bv999c or other players.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access bv999c systems, databases, or other players' accounts without authorisation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any bv999c Casino game or sports betting market.

09 Responsible Gaming

bv999c is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire platform. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable entertainment activity and take seriously our obligation to protect players who may be at risk of developing gambling-related harm.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bv999c account holders and can be activated or modified from within your account settings at any time:

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bv999c platform — including but not limited to the bv999c brand, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, data feeds, odds compilations, and game content — is the intellectual property of bv999c or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bv999c platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any bv999c content without prior written consent.

bv999c's trademarks, trade names, and logos may not be used in connection with any product or service without bv999c's express prior written authorisation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bv999c, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the bv999c platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of bv999c services.
• Any loss arising from system downtime, data feed errors, or technical failures beyond bv999c's reasonable control.
• Any gambling losses sustained by you during your use of the bv999c platform, which are a foreseeable and acknowledged risk of gaming activity.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

bv999c's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bv999c account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

bv999c collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the bv999c platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes registration information (name, mobile number, date of birth), identity verification documents (CNIC), financial transaction records, wagering and gaming history, device and session data, and customer support communications. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the bv999c platform.

13 Suspension & Termination

bv999c reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time when requested.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 8.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 or more consecutive months.
• A legal obligation or regulatory requirement to do so.
• A reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.

You may close your bv999c account at any time by contacting bv999c support. Upon closure, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees, pending bonus amounts, and any amounts owed to bv999c.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bv999c is incorporated and licensed to operate. Players in Pakistan acknowledge that they access bv999c voluntarily and accept full responsibility for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with any laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

Any dispute not resolved by bv999c's internal complaints process may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism established by bv999c's licensing authority. bv999c will provide details of the applicable escalation process upon request to [email protected].

15 Amendments to These Terms

bv999c reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact information held on their account — which may include notification by SMS to their registered Pakistani mobile number — and will be published on the bv999c website.

Continued use of your bv999c account or any bv999c service following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using bv999c and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
